Bryan
Bryan is a highly skilled barber with a passion for his craft and a genuine connection with his clients. Whether sharing his larger-than-life fishing stories (always true) or discussing his fascination with unique and unusual collectibles, Bryan’s engaging personality makes him a favorite among clients. When he’s not in the shop, you can likely find him on the water, reeling in salmon and enjoying the beautiful PNW.
Andrew
Honest and kind, Andrew is a barber with true talent and grit. He has been barbering since 2014, working at Acme Barbershop and Squire Barbershop before joining his friends at Assembly. His passion for barbering and its traditions shows in his devotion to his clients. His loyalty is unmatched and he gives his clients everything he has in every haircut. Outside of the shop, Andrew spends his time playing ice hockey, collecting records, and making music.
Nate
A man of few words and many talents, Nate has a deep appreciation for the rich history and culture of barbering and honed his skills alongside some of Seattle's finest before joining the exceptional crew of barbers at Assembly Barbershop. Nate takes great pride in helping his clients look and feel their best by delivering the precision fades and clean, classic cuts at the highest standard. When not prettying up his patrons Nate enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son, playing bass guitar, riding his motorcycle, and dedicating countless hours cheering on his Seattle Mariners.
Laz
After moving to Seattle from the Bay Area in 2008, Laz began bartending and found a passion for hospitality. After 15 years in bars and restaurants, he has taken his love for helping others feel good and is now applying it to the art of barbering to help others look good. Quick to jump at the opportunity to take on an apprenticeship under the best barbers in Seattle, he has devoted all of his free time to learning the craft under his mentors at Assembly. When not at the shop he can be found hanging out with his lovely wife and their cats (Gabe & Kevin), at a local punk show, or, most likely, lifting weights in his garage.
Calvin
With his wisecracks and easy-going attitude, it’s no wonder Calvin has made lifelong connections in every arena of his life, from time as a world-touring musician to hiking and motorcycling throughout Washington State, Calvin is clearly a man who respects freedom and individuality. Once he set his mind on barbering, he was quickly offered mentorship under some of the best in the trade, at the most sought-out shop in Seattle where he has earned him the respect of his teachers, mentors, and enthusiastic clients.
Tyler
Tyler’s journey began with a background in fine arts and ceramics, where he cultivated a love for working with his hands. In 2014, while living in Southern California, he transitioned his passion and creativity into the craft of traditional barbering. In June 2021, Tyler relocated to Seattle and quickly embraced everything the city has to offer. When he’s not at the barbershop, you’ll likely find him at the gym or racing his bicycle on the velodrome. Dedicated to precision and artistry, Tyler specializes in delivering top-notch barbering services—from hot towel shaves and beard trims to clean, traditional haircuts that leave you looking and feeling your best.
